Fat Booty Friday!!!

It's that time again, #FatBootyFriday is here!!  

What exercise are we doing this week you ask?  Frog Hops! I did these with a 20 lb medicine ball, BUT, you can do them with whatever weight fits your current fitness level.  I've had some people do it with zero weight and break out into a twerk mid-hop to give their legs a rest.  

Twerking?


Yes, you read that correctly, twerking with frog hops.  As soon as their hands touched the ground, twerkage occurred.  

In case you're wondering, twerking is awesome cardio.  Especially if you incorporate some gentle twerks with a few savage twerks. 

Gentle = basic twerk 


Savage = Make ya knees touch ya elbows

So if you're ever feeling like you need to take the first step, feel free to get a nice little twerk in to start your day off with some cardio :)


I love this exercise in particular because it incorporates squatting with a quick burst from the ground to get those glutes AND your quads together.  Can't have a big booty with puny thighs.

The thigh to cake ratio has to match so hopefully this exercise helps you out a little.  My recommendation is 4 sets of 1 minute of hops
